Nancy Jenkins is our President. She started A-Log in 1999. As a former controller, finance officer and power user of today’s database technologies, she was asked to create a specialty firm to assist truckers stay in compliance with the requirements of their IFTA Licenses. A-Log has become a company that embodies the K.I.S.S. - Keep it simple sweetie - philosophy. Simple forms and simple software make a complicated task easy to achieve.
Nancy is in charge of Permits, DMV work and IFTA. She can answer any question you may have but may also direct you to Ana or Casey for more detail.
Linda Hedgcoth has retired! After 10 years of serving our clients – always with a smile on her face and in her heart – Linda retired to spend time with her family. We will miss her dearly!
Linda gave her notice 5 years ago!! We are all better off for having known her and worked with her and plan to honor her by doing our best! Linda spent the past year working hard to train us to fill her shoes! And as one of our clients said - “she has very BIG feet!”
Mila Hakova is our administrative assistant. She helps Nancy, Ana and Casey help you in many different and assorted ways. She processes applications, trip logs and tax returns. Most often, she knows as much as Nancy, Ana or Casey does about your account or questions.
Ana Luna is the newest member of the A-Log Team. Ana has been around the trucking business a long time (her father is one of our clients!) and is learning as quickly as we can teach her. She graduated from Cal State San Bernardino with a major in Spanish literature. She started in December of 2008 and prepared her first tax return in January. She has been a hit, especially with our Spanish speaking customers! Next time you call, take a minute and get to know her. We know you will like her as much as we do.
Ana is in charge of IFTA tax returns and Income Tax. Any questions you have about those two issues are best answered by her.
Ana is in the office all day Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Casey Jenkins is in charge of both company websites, including our newest service: www.2290Tax.com where you can e-file your Form 2290's. She has been a part of this project from the beginning and knows as much about it as Nancy. If you call the 2290 hot line she will answer and she is eager to learn as much as she can about the trucking industry. Don't hesitate to ask her questions, if she doesn't know the answer she gets a kick out of bothering Nancy and Ana.
Casey is also in charge of DMV Renewals. So if you have a question about DMV she's the person you want to talk to!
Bridget Doolin, Mary Hall and Nikki Duran round out ourstaff. They help with Data Entry and our client’s trip records and support our operations. |
